Day 2 | “Jesus: The Second Adam”
“So it is also written, The first human, Adam, became a living person, and the last Adam became a spirit that gives life. But the physical body comes first, not the spiritual one-the
spiritual body comes afterward. The first human was from the earth made from dust; the second
human is from heaven.

Oh the depths of the God the Father’s love, that he would go so far as to allow the beloved of his heart, his son Jesus Christ, to take the form of a human being to bring mankind back home
to him.
Jesus was conceived by a virgin woman
Lived. Slept. Ate as a human – only he did not sin.

Free from the reins of sin from his birth through his years of ministry.

Jesus was immortal in every way as the first Adam was. That is, until sin came upon him.
You see, it needed to be this way. No sin within him – only sin upon him. He could not uniquely carry the crown as King of Pain if he was defiled with any sin within.
